Today I am welcoming guest Katy Allen to the Food Freedom Lab to share her personal story of recovering from obsessive point tracking.

Katy is a Labor and Delivery nurse working towards her Masters as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about teaching others about the importance of self-love, a TRUE balanced lifestyle and the value of a healthy relationship with food. It took her many years and lots of practice to ditch diet culture, but she did and she’s happier in her body than she’s ever been!
